A small collection. A high bar.
SkiLuxe is a family-run set of four apartments in New Gudauri. We grew up on these slopes and we know what a ski trip needs to feel like — and what it shouldn't feel like.
Every unit is owned and managed by us. No call centres. No vague check-in window. If something needs fixing, one of us is in town to fix it. If you want a restaurant recommendation, you're getting one from the person who eats there.
We host skiers, snowboarders, ski-tourers, and the occasional summer mountain runner. We don't host stag weekends.

Where we are
New Gudauri sits at 2,200m in the Caucasus, on the Georgian Military Road two hours north of Tbilisi. The resort tops out above 3,300m with 70+ km of marked runs and some of the most accessible off-piste in Europe.
